| Archive Plus© is an automated information management system that is designed to provide simultaneous archiving and retrieval of any document format including ASCII text, PCL, PDF video, audio, PostScript, and Binary. Archive Plus can be interfaced to any host source whether an FTP site, imaging workstation, digital camera, TCP/IP and network printer connections. Interfacing to new hosts is extremely fast and cost effective. Retrieving data takes only seconds by using one, or a combination of, search methods including: user defined search keys, date and time, text strings, wildcarding, fuzzy and Boolean logic. Other standard features include the ability to archive from multiple host systems, bi-level password/time-based security, cataloguing, printing, annotation and temporary document storage. Archive Plus permits you to retrieve both "COLD" and scanned documents using a single search function. Storage media is WORM Optical, CD, SAN and RAID. |
